The Ph strips are very quick acting tests. Results in literally 15 seconds. These seem very accurate as I have tried testing after multiple type of foods acidic or basic and it picked up both. You can test these on urine or saliva but urine gives results back quicker. It helps me monitor my health by knowing exactly what my PH level is during the day and how to balance out my diet. It was so easy and fun to test these. With urine, I just took a plastic cup and dipped the stick into urine and with saliva as mentioned in instructions I took a spoon placed my saliva in there and dipped the stick.
